“Rod has been our real estate agent for over 15 years. We have bought and sold several properties during that time. During each transaction, Rod acted with extreme professionalism and courtesy. He handled difficult transactions with determination and helped to get our asking price. We have never had an issue that Rod was not able to negotiate or handle.

“I met Diane just before halloween outside of her office as she was sponsoring a special event. She offerered to provide a market analysis in the event that we wanted to sell and provided comps via email. She then scheduled time for an interior inspection and provided the comps, along with a suggested list price in a binder that we can retain for our records and reference back to. She really went out of her way for us and provided comps specific to our property tax assessment, along with the form that is needed to challenge the assessor's value of our property. She was right on time for the appointment, followed through on all of the deliverables she committed to, everything was done very quickly, she is very responsive, she listens and is extremely professional. Based on my experience with her, she has gone above and beyond my expectations and I would very highly recommend her to anyone in the community looking for an agent to help them with their individual needs.
